4. Experiment and Develop Value — Prioritize action over perfection. Try things, learn from setbacks, iterate, and ask for help when needed.
5. Seek Fairness, Not Advantage (No Selling) — Build partnerships on respect and fairness rather than trying to “win” at someone else’s expense.
6. Fail and Persist — Failure is expected and acceptable; the important part is to continue moving forward and learning.
