2. Open Doors and Listen — Be approachable and receptive to new people and ideas. Active listening creates chances for unexpected connections.
3. Trust and Be Trusted — Trust underpins any innovation ecosystem. Take small risks together to build mutual confidence and collaboration.
4. Experiment and Develop Value — Favor action over perfection: try, fail, learn, and try again. Ask questions and seek help when needed.
5. Seek Fairness, Not Advantage (No Selling) — Form relationships and partnerships based on respect and fairness instead of trying to “win” at others’ expense.
6. Fail and Persist — Failure is expected, not shameful. Keep moving forward and learn from setbacks.
7. Pay It Forward — Help others without expecting immediate returns; generosity plants the seeds for future collaboration.
