Family Day At Samfa: Sound Into Color

The program runs 10 AM to 2 PM in the Education Studio, located in the breezeway at 1 Love Street in downtown San Angelo. No registration is required. Activities and offerings: - Music painting, rhythm drawing stations, album cover art, and instrument sculpture building - Free drop-in clay activities in the Concho Clay Studio throughout the event - Free children's book giveaway in SAMFA’s Grand Hall, with books provided by the San Angelo Adult Literacy Council and anonymous donors - Additional surprise activities may be added; activities are subject to change Family Day is free and open to the public. Light refreshments will be provided while supplies last. The San Angelo Museum of Fine Arts is accredited by the American Alliance of Museums and is supported by generous contributions from individuals and businesses.
